Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Pricer for our Pueblo, CO location. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on pricing merchandise to maximize value, stocking the sales floor, and maintaining seasonal stock balance.

The ideal candidate will understand trends, price competitively, and work well within a team to meet department targets. Day shift availability and ability to handle fast-paced retail tasks are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prices assigned departmental merchandise to receive maximum value.
• Maintains merchandise on the sales floor.
• Ensures an adequate supply of seasonal merchandise by sorting out-of-season merchandise.
• Reports directly to assistant store manager or the Store Manager.
• Achieves department sales targets by reviewing targets weekly with the store manager and supervisor.
• Maintain target price per item and use price grid guidelines.
• Sorts, hangs, and prices donations for assigned departments.
• Displays merchandise in designated areas on the sales floor.
• Ensures production department is clean and stocked.
• Adjusts merchandise prices up or down to maximize value when items are not selling or selling too quickly.
• Keeps sales floor shoppable by ragging, balancing, and rotating seasonal merchandise.
