Paycom - ATS is seeking a Pricer for our Pecos, Denver, CO location. This non-exempt role involves pricing merchandise to maximize value, stocking seasonal items, and maintaining appealing displays on the sales floor.

You will work closely with the store team to meet weekly sales targets and ensure merchandise is correctly tagged and organized. The position emphasizes fast-paced, customer-facing duties, collaboration with team members, and adherence to store procedures for pricing, inventory,

Responsabilités

• Achieves assigned department’s sales targets by reviewing weekly targets with the store manager and supervisor.
• Maintain target price per item and use the price grid as a guideline by department.
• Sort, hang, and price donations to supply merchandise for departments.
• Display merchandise on designated sales floor areas and ensure daily stock.
• Keep the sales floor shoppable by ragging, balancing, and rotating seasonal merchandise.
• Adjust merchandise prices up or down to maximize value when items underperform or move too quickly.
• Assist customers and support general store operations as needed.
