Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Pricer to price and merchandise donated items, maintain stock on the sales floor, and ensure seasonal inventory is prepared for peak demand. The role supports store leadership in achieving department targets and delivering strong value to customers.

Responsibilities include reviewing targets with management, pricing adjustments for value, and keeping the floor organized and shop-friendly while handling daily donations and merchandising tasks.

• Ability to identify merchandise quality and price it competitively.
• Ability to assess merchandise required for assigned departments.
• Ability to work as a productive member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieves assigned department’s sales targets by reviewing department sales targets weekly with the store manager and supervisor.
• Maintain target price per item, using the price grid as a guideline in departments.
• Supplies the store with merchandise by sorting, hanging, and pricing donations for assigned departments.
• Displays merchandise in designated area(s) on the sales floor.
• Supplies a sufficient quantity of merchandise daily to assigned departments.
• Assures the production department is clean and materials are stocked.
• Adjusts merchandise prices to maximize value when items are not selling or selling too quickly.
• Keeps sales floor shoppable by ragging, balancing, and rotating seasonal merchandise.
• Ensures an adequate supply of seasonal merchandise by recognizing seasonality and labeling storage boxes.
• Assists with customer service.
• Performs other duties as directed, including tasks outside primary area.
