RDSolutions is hiring Field Representatives to collect retail information, merchandise/demo products, and perform store resets across market areas in the United States. A $200 sign-on bonus is offered for this area, along with training and competitive compensation with benefits.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a valid driver's license and the ability to work at least 32 hours per week. Smartphone is required for app-based data collection.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• Available at least 32 hours per week.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers.

Responsabilités

• Execute projects within your market area.
• Travel across the United States as needed and independently or with a team.
• Record prescribed product information using the company app.
• Capture item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit completed project data to the corporate office.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers as required by the client.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
