Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking new field representatives to collect critical retail information, merchandise products, and conduct store resets across markets. You’ll use a company app to log data, capture prices and promotions, and transmit results to the corporate office after each project.

Applicants should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and dependable, with reliable transportation, a valid license, and the ability to lift 40 pounds. A $200 sign-on bonus is offered for this area.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours as needed.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigeration areas.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client’s behalf.

Responsibilities

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed and available, you will complete projects throughout the United States independently or as part of a group.
• You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices, promotions, and product displays.
• Transmit the file to our corporate office after project completion.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and potential customers as required.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
