Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners in New York, NY, seeks a Consulting Project Team Lead for Pricing & Market Access to oversee 2–5 projects and lead P&MA initiatives across US offices including Boston, NYC, and San Francisco. You will mentor teams and drive high‑impact client engagements with clear, hypothesis-driven insights.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to grow accounts, deliver rigorous analyses, and foster a culture of coaching and continuous improvement within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business.
• 5–7 years of experience in life sciences strategy consulting.
• Experience leading P&MA projects across market access, reimbursement, pricing, value & evidence, and diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–5 projects simultaneously with varying complexity.
• Establish clear agendas and structure to project work; reduce ‘fire drills’.
• Drive high-impact client meetings with hypothesis-driven insights and clear storytelling.
• Mentor team members and develop internal coaching.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to firm growth.
