Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners in Boston seeks an experienced strategy consultant to manage multiple projects and lead corporate strategy initiatives for life sciences clients. You will craft clear, data-driven stories for senior leadership and mentor junior team members.

With 5–7 years in strategy consulting and strong cross-functional collaboration, you’ll build durable client relationships and contribute to the growth of the firm across Boston, New York or San Francisco offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering or business major is preferred; advanced degree such as an MBA, MSc/PhD is preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in strategy consulting with a focus in life sciences preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple client projects.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities; exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Willingness to work in Boston, New York or San Francisco offices at least 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manages anywhere from 2 to upwards of 5 projects of varying complexity at a time.
• Lead a broad range of ClearView Corporate Strategy project types and support unfamiliar content areas.
• Exhibits exceptional project management skills and designs impactful agendas.
• Elevates quality and clarity of team output with clear direction and storytelling.
• Proactively collaborates with leadership and mentors team members.
