Job summary

Total One Logistics Inc. is seeking a Pricing Manager - Global Forwarding to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international freight forwarding with a focus on developing competitive pricing strategies across air, ocean, and ground transportation. This individual will play a key role in driving profitability, strengthening carrier relationships, and supporting our sales and operations teams with competitive and strategic freight solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in international freight forwarding, pricing, or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of global air and ocean freight markets and carrier networks.
• Proven experience negotiating freight rates and managing carrier relationships.
• Experience preparing RFQs, RFPs, and competitive freight quotations.
• Understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international trade regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies for international air, ocean, and ground freight services.
• Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers, agents, and global forwarding partners.
• Prepare and manage freight quotations, RFQs, RFPs, and customer tenders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international carriers, vendors, and overseas agents.
• Analyze market trends, freight rates, and industry developments to ensure competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Operations teams to provide timely pricing solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve profit margins, optimize costs, and strengthen the global forwarding network.
• Maintain accurate pricing records, rate agreements, and carrier information.

On a Given Day, You Will

• Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies for international air, ocean, and ground freight services


• Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers, agents, and global forwarding partners


• Prepare and manage freight quotations, RFQs, RFPs, and customer tenders


• Build and maintain strong relationships with international carriers, vendors, and overseas agents
