We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Pricing and Costing Manager to support strategic pricing decisions for service contracts across our facility maintenance operations. This role is critical in developing cost models, supporting bids and proposals, and ensuring pricing integrity to maximize profitability and competitiveness in the market.

The position holds high influence on profitability across multi-million-dollar contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, cost modeling, and deep familiarity with operational cost drivers in the facility services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost models for a wide range of facility maintenance service contracts
• Analyze financial and operational data to inform pricing strategies and drive cost-efficiency
• Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of cost inputs
• Prepare pricing and costing documentation for bids, proposals, and contract renewals
• Monitor actual cost vs. modeled pricing and recommend adjustments as needed to maintain healthy margins
• Evaluate and refine pricing frameworks that impact large-scale contracts
• Support executive decision-making with clear financial insights and risk assessments related to pricing

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in pricing, costing, or financial analysis roles
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Strong understanding of cost structures in facility maintenance or service operations
• Ability to manage complex, multi-variable models and provide actionable recommendations
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner with cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting competitive bids, RFPs, or contract renewals a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
• Familiarity with pricing software, contract management tools, or ERP systems
• Background working with service-based operations, vendors, or subcontractors
