A leading company in adhesives is seeking a skilled Pricing Manager to enhance revenue through strategic pricing initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and proven experience in pricing strategy, aiming to align pricing with business objectives. This remote role prefers candidates in CST or EST zones.

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to drive revenue optimization for our adhesives and dispensing equipment business through strategic pricing initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a background in finance, economics, business, or marketing, with strong data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing strategy expertise. They excel in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation, ensuring pricing aligns with business goals. Proficiency in pricing software, negotiation skills, value-based pricing, and cross-functional collaboration is essential, along with a keen understanding of cost structures, supply chain impacts, and dynamic pricing models to maximize profitability.
The Pricing Manager collaborates with key teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals. They work closely with Sales & Marketing to refine competitive positioning, Finance & Accounting to optimize profitability, Product Management to assess value and costs, Operations & Supply Chain to streamline production efficiencies, and IT & Data Analytics to leverage automation and insights for data-driven pricing decisions.
This is a remote role but living in CST. or EST. is highly preferred.
