You'll oversee matter economics analysis, budgeting, pricing models, client reviews, and RFP responses, while scaling the team and embedding data-driven practices to improve profitability and strategic decision-making.
Warner Norcross + Judd is looking for a Pricing Manager to build and lead the firm’s strategic pricing function. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the processes, standards, tools, and infrastructure that will guide pricing decisions across the firm. The Pricing Manager will collaborate with firm leadership, attorneys, and practice group leaders to develop strategies that balance client expectations with the firm’s financial objectives.
The Pricing Manager will lead matter economics analysis, budgeting, pricing models, client rate reviews, alternative fee arrangements, and responses to requests for proposals. As the function grows, this individual will help develop the team and establish consistent, data-informed practices that strengthen profitability and support strategic decision-making across the firm.
The physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. These include being both mobile and stationary throughout the workday, having the ability to transport 25 pounds and being able to operate a computer and other business equipment found in the office.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical problem-solver who can identify financial risks and opportunities and translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. They will bring strong leadership and communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. They will also be proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing competing priorities while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
