Job summary

ICF is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Associate Intern to join our Corporate Pricing Team. You’ll learn to develop accurate, compliant, and competitive pricing solutions that support ICF’s proposals and client outcomes.

Our summer internship is full-time for 10-weeks beginning in early June and ending in early August. Work may be hybrid from Reston, VA or performed from any U.S. location. At this time, we are unable to provide relocation nor housing assistance.

Qualifications

15 completed credit hours in Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.

Responsibilities

Support the development of timely, accurate, and compliant cost and business proposals.
Review requests for proposals to identify pricing requirements and compliance considerations.
Assist in building, maintaining, and quality-checking pricing models.
Collect and analyze cost inputs from stakeholders to support pricing submissions.
Document pricing assumptions and methodologies for reviewer understanding.
Participate in pricing strategy discussions and internal reviews.
Prepare financial analyses and pricing summaries to evaluate competitiveness.
Contribute ideas to improve pricing templates, tools, and processes.
