Job summary

ICF is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Associate Intern to join our Corporate Pricing Team for a 10-week summer internship. You will learn to develop accurate, compliant pricing for proposals serving federal, state, local, and commercial clients, collaborating with pricing, contracts, finance, and capture teams.

Hybrid work is available from Reston, VA, or you may work from any U.S. location. We are unable to provide relocation or housing assistance at this time.

Qualifications

• 15 completed credit hours in Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, workbook review, and the ability to learn and work with detailed pricing models.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work accurately with financial, operational, and proposal data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize assumptions, analyses, and recommendations for different audiences.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of timely, accurate, and compliant cost and business proposals.
• Review RFPs to identify pricing requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance considerations.
• Assist in building, maintaining, and quality-checking pricing models.
• Collect, organize, and analyze cost inputs from stakeholders for pricing submissions.
• Document pricing assumptions and methodologies for reviewers.
• Participate in pricing strategy discussions and internal reviews.
• Prepare financial analyses, scenario comparisons, and pricing summaries.
• Contribute ideas to improve pricing templates, tools, and processes.
