Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC. is seeking a Junior Pricing Analyst in Alexandria, VA to support cost/price proposals and pricing analyses for government contracts.

You will build pricing models in Excel, coordinate with subcontractors, and assist in BOEs with capture teams and program leads. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of pricing-related experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government contract types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 1–2 years entry-level pricing/cost analysis/finance/proposal support experience acceptable.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF, IDIQ).
• Experience with GovCon pricing tools (Deltek Costpoint, Unanet or similar).

Responsibilities

• Support development of cost/price proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and task orders.
• Build and maintain pricing models and cost volumes in Excel.
• Assist in Basis of Estimates (BOEs) with capture and program leads.
• Ensure pricing complies with FAR/DFARS and contract types.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for pricing and quotes.
• Prepare cost/price narratives, exhibits, and supporting docs.
• Assist with rate development and wage determination research.
• Maintain audit-ready pricing files per policy and government rules.
• Support internal pricing reviews and gate reviews with materials.
