Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Scan Coordinator in Smyrna, TN to maintain price integrity across the store. You’ll conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, update signs and tags, and verify ad price accuracy to ensure compliant pricing.

The role demands accuracy, speed, and a customer‑oriented approach in a fast-paced setting. Applicants should be 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Must read price tags, create and post signs; use a ladder; read and set pricing.
• Ability to lift up to 17 lbs., walk up to 4 miles in 8 hours, and perform repetitive crouching/kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall price integrity in the store.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly price changes including signs and tags.
• Verify weekly ad price changes and pricing signage accuracy across departments.
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations.
• Work quickly and accurately to support pricing integrity in a fast-paced environment.
