Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity in-store operations in Scottsdale, AZ. You will handle daily, weekly, and monthly price adjustments, update signs and promotional materials, and verify pricing consistency across departments.

The role requires strong numerical and organizational skills, the ability to read price tags accurately, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude to support dynamic retail environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and run reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers and vendors.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, including changing shelf signs and tags and promotional signs.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy and pricing signage in all departments.
• Ensure compliance with all company and governmental compliance regulations.
• Must be able to work quickly and with accuracy to support pricing integrity in the store.
