Job summary

Kroger in West Bend, WI is seeking a Store Operations Associate to ensure pricing documentation accuracy and uphold our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

You will check in and test scan vendors, maintain weekly ad items, support housekeeping of the computer room, and assist with daily retail accounting tasks. The role requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Adept at managing people and organizing workloads.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining a positive impression.
• Understanding of department operations including merchandising, inventory, and labor scheduling.
• Past work record shows dependability and integrity.
• Knowledge of employment laws and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Check in and test scan all vendors.
• Maintain weekly ad item in scanning file.
• Provide housekeeping in the computer room including filters and back‑ups checks.
• Copy PLU File twice a week.
• Maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
• Test scan entire store every six to eight weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File (A.C. Nielsen, Sami, Special Item Movement Report).
• Promote and implement company initiatives to direct reports in a positive manner.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Maintain flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
