Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Back Up Scan Coordinator in California to maintain price integrity. You will manage daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, signage, and ensure promotional pricing accuracy to support healthy shopping experiences.

You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring accuracy, analytical skills, and friendly interactions with customers, teammates, and vendors. The role involves reading price tags, posting pricing signs, and using a computer to activate

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience/training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor; ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to read price tags, create and post signs; use a computer to activate pricing; climb ladders if needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 17 lbs and walking up to 4 miles per 8 hours; occasional crouching/squatting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly price changes and update shelf signs and tags.
• Verify weekly ad price changes and promotional price accuracy across departments.
• Ensure pricing signage compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Support pricing integrity in a fast-paced store environment.
