Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking new Field Representatives to collect retail information, merchandise demos, and conduct resets. You will use a company app to record prescribed product information and transmit results to our corporate office.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a high school diploma, a smartphone, a valid driver’s license, and be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in grocery store environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone capable of downloading company apps and recording assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Available to work at least 32 hours per week; flexibility to take more hours as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel within market area to complete assigned projects.
• Conduct product information collection, pricing, and merchandising tasks.
• Take photos of displays and promotions and record data via company app.
• Transmit completed project data to corporate office after successful completion.
• Perform demos and interact with store personnel and customers as required by clients.
• Assist with planogram/shelf resets across locations.

We have been the leading provider of retail intelligence to the largest retailers in the world for over 35 years and we have growing demands for additional Field Representatives to help us collect critical retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets.

What will you be doing?

You will be assigned projects within your market area.

If needed and available, you will be completing projects throughout the United States both independently and part of a group.

You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.

Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, as well as pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.

Transmitting the file to our corporate office for review after you have completed the project successfully.

Conduct demos and interact with store personnel as well as potential customers per our client’s needs.

Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

Ability to start and finish assignments on time with the attention to detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.

Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.

Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client’s behalf.
