Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking field representatives to collect retail data and perform demos in grocery stores across the United States, starting from the Seattle area. You will use a company app to record product information, capture prices and promotions, and photograph displays.

The role involves traveling to projects within your market area and nationwide when needed, with a comprehensive training program and paid time off. A $200 sign-on bonus is offered to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours as needed.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• Complete projects throughout the United States both independently and as part of a group.
• Download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices and promotions, plus photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit the file to our corporate office after completion of the project.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and potential customers per client needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

What will you be doing?

If needed and available, you will be completing projects throughout the United States both independently and part of a group.

You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.

Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, as well as pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.

Transmitting the file to our corporate office for review after you have completed the project successfully.

Conduct demos and interact with store personnel as well as potential customers per our client’s needs.

Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

What does RDSolutions Require?

At least 18 years of age.

High school diploma, or equivalent.

Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.

Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours as needed.

Ability to start and finish assignments on time with the attention to detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.

Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.

Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client’s behalf.
