Job summary

International Executive Service Corps in Lenexa, KS is seeking a finance professional to develop standardized cost models for laboratory test panels, support pricing decisions, and analyze revenue, volume and margin.

You will collaborate with Finance, Lab Operations, Sales, and leadership to ensure pricing is based on current costs and resource usage. Build per-test cost build-ups and monitor changes for pricing adjustments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in FP&A, costing, pricing strategy, financial analysis, or related work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized cost models for laboratory test panels.
• Forecast revenue and test volumes by panel and by test.
• Produce margin and profitability reporting tied to the costing model.
• Support budgeting and ad hoc financial analysis for leadership.
