Job summary

Veridian Service Partners is seeking a Financial Analyst to support profitability and pricing decisions through disciplined job costing, financial analysis, and ownership of the LEAP pricing tool. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role focuses on understanding true cost and margin at the job level, translating that analysis into clear insights for leadership.

Qualifications

2–4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical experience.
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills, including job costing and margin analysis.
Experience with data across multiple systems and reconciling data for analysis.

Responsibilities

Perform job-level costing to determine true labor, material, and overhead costs and margins.
Analyze profitability, identifying cost drivers and margin leakage.
Own, maintain, and improve the LEAP/SalesPro pricing tool with accurate inputs.
Update pricing models as material, labor, and market costs change and support pricing decisions.
Conduct financial analysis of operational and market performance for leadership.
Gather, validate, and reconcile cost data from multiple systems.
Partner with operations and estimating teams to reflect actual costs and margins.
Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects for Finance Manager and leadership.
Coordinate with Accounting to align costs with results and reporting.
