Job summary

The Hunton Group is seeking a proactive Pricing and Data Administrator to join our Houston team. This role supports pricing and data administration at our Central Green location, handling rebates, credits, and pricing accuracy across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, have strong analytical skills, and be able to collaborate with various departments while maintaining data integrity in an HVAC-related environment.

Qualifications

• Self-learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and maintain accuracy when handling employee or customer data.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support various functions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administrates the rebate and incentive claims and sales plans
• Reviews and processes credit/rebill requests
• Corrects pricing errors
• Processes vendor and factory quotes across multiple systems
• Prepares and tracks payments of rebate submittals
• Assists with new items set-up ensuring correct pricing levels are assigned
• Supports team as needed
