Job summary

Toot is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to join our Merchandising team in Amarillo, TX. You will manage product setup, price changes, and promotions within the pricebook system to support daily store operations.

This role emphasizes data accuracy, vendor communications, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure margins and pricing integrity across retail locations; travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with retail pricebook systems; PDI/Enterprise pricebook strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate product information within the PDI Pricebook system, including item descriptions, product codes, costs and retail pricing.
• Review and update product data regularly to align with pricing strategies and margin objectives.
• Ensure timely entry of new items, cost changes and pricing updates from vendors.
• Collaborate with vendors to verify cost and retail accuracy within the pricebook system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pricebook-related issues and address store-level discrepancies.
• Communicate sales, promotions and pricing updates to vendors and Store Managers.
