Job summary

Asian Family Market in Bellevue, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to own day-to-day pricing accuracy across the store. You will ensure shelf tags, POS pricing, and promotions align to keep us competitive.

In this full-time hourly role, you’ll update pricing in our POS system, conduct competitor checks, coordinate with buyers on cost changes, and set up promotions. Attention to accuracy and clear communication with store management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail pricing or merchandising.
• Comfortable with POS/inventory systems; familiarity with Vori or similar platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
• Good communication skills, able to work with store management, buyers, and cashiers.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain product pricing in our POS system, ensuring accuracy between shelf tags, signage, and the register.
• Conduct regular competitor price checks and recommend adjustments to stay competitive.
• Coordinate with department heads and buyers on cost changes, markdowns, and promotional pricing.
• Set up and audit weekly/monthly promotions and sale pricing, including tag printing.
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies reported by cashiers or customers.
• Support vendor cost updates and ensure margin targets are maintained.
• Assist with pricing for new product launches and seasonal/holiday promotions.
