This role involves facilitating POS processes for advertisements, governing signage guidelines, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding BRdata security and price tag integrity to maintain customer trust.

Qualifications

• Experience with BRdata software preferred.
• Strong computer skills on Windows and MS applications.
• Retail experience and knowledge of Asian products preferred.
• Excellent customer service and basic math skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BRdata item database with accurate pricing information.
• Lead POS processes for ads, TP Rs, and marketing needs.
• Ensure signage guideline adherence.
• Provide exceptional customer service on pricing questions.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate across store and corporate teams.
• Handle other assigned duties.
