Responsabilidades

• Manage daily pricing requests and ensure compliance with policies.
• Document pricing methodology for operational handoff.
• Track and report progress on goals and KPIs.
• Track, monitor, and report monthly progress toward assigned goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure access to current accessorial charge pricing, enabling accurate door-to-door pricing when required.
• Collaborate with management and peers to identify best practices and drive continuous improvement in pricing quality, efficiency, and win ratios.

Descripción del empleo

• Manage, complete, and respond to daily pricing requests in alignment with assigned deadlines and service level agreements for new and existing customers within a designated mode, product, or trade lane.
• Ensure compliance with all operational and regulatory policies prior to pricing, including validation against restricted or prohibited commodities and identification of embargoed countries.
• Document detailed notes for each pricing activity, clearly outlining pricing methodology to support effective handoff to operations teams upon award.
• Track, monitor, and report monthly progress toward assigned goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure access to the most current accessorial charge pricing, enabling accurate door-to-door pricing when required.
• Collaborate with management and peers to identify best practices and drive continuous improvement in pricing quality, efficiency, and win ratios.
