Job summary

Total Filtration Services, Inc. in Troy, MI, seeks a Pricing Analyst to manage price records, vendor costs, and contract adjustments within our ERP systems. You will ensure data integrity, support pricing strategies, and prevent billing friction across teams.

Requires 2+ years in corporate admin or pricing support, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots), and experience with SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics. You’ll collaborate with Customer Pricing and Purchasing to reflect accurate costs and margins.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate administration, purchasing coordination, data entry, or related pricing support role
• High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Exceptional data entry accuracy and meticulous approach to spotting discrepancies across large datasets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments
• Analytical mindset with ability to trace errors to source and implement fixes

Responsibilities

• Price record management: input, update, and maintain pricing matrices and vendor cost records
• Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Pricing and Purchasing to implement client-specific pricing strategies
• Data integrity & auditing to ensure billing data aligns with vendor contracts and client agreements
• Contract review support: review vendor price lists, quotes, and adjustments for timely system updates
• Discrepancy resolution: investigate and resolve pricing errors or invoice discrepancies
• Reporting: generate pricing reports for management to track margins and cost changes
