Job summary

Colonial Group in Northbrook, IL, seeks a Pricing Analyst to ensure pricing accuracy across internal systems and effective implementation across the customer base. You will manage pricing requests, update pricing calendars, pull price quote files, investigate issues, and prepare internal and external reports.

Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SAP experience is required, with 3-5 years in related roles. Collaboration in a team environment is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years’ of relevant experience.
• MS Office experience including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using SAP.

Responsibilities

• Submit pricing requests, maintain pricing lists, update pricing calendar, and respond to pricing requests.
• Pull and prepare price quote files.
• Investigate and address pricing issues.
• Provide input for promotional developments and prepare feedback analysis on results.
• DMO – new locations, vendor set-ups, and new accounts.
• Create and provide internal reports of customer actions.
• Create and provide external reports for customers on OWI needs/Vender Direct Reports.
• Validate prices of index changes.
• Track price changes by customer.
• Manage changes to blanket contracts.
• Review damages, short pays, discrepancies, and deductions.
• Resolve invoicing issues.
• Ad hoc general reporting as needed.
