Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Pricing and Contracts Specialist to join the Pricing team. The role focuses on collecting, reviewing, and inputting pricing data across systems, in close collaboration with Customer, Commercialization, and Revenue Growth Management teams.

You will maintain pricing/master data, ensure accuracy in the pricing tool and customer portal, and produce reports with the Pricing Supervisor.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsabilidades

• Pricing and Contracts Specialist handles timely and accurate collection, review, and input of pricing information in company systems in collaboration with Customer, Commercialization, Revenue Growth Management, and Shared Business Services teams
• Maintain and update customer, pricing, and data information per policy, ensuring accuracy in pricing authorization tool and customer portal
• Review master data for inconsistencies, verify with independent sources, and support production of reports with Pricing Supervisor and team
• Assist with all pricing processes, including year-end routines, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Responsibilities:

• The Pricing and Contracts Specialist plays a key role in the Pricing team by ensuring timely and accurate collection, review, and input of pricing information into the company’s systems, while collaborating with the Customer, Commercialization, Revenue Growth Management, and Shared Business Services teams

• As a Pricing and Contracts Specialist, you will maintain and update customer, pricing, and data information according to policy and procedures, while ensuring accuracy and compliance within the pricing authorization tool and customer portal

• You will review master data for inconsistencies, utilize independent sources for verification, and support the production of various reports with the Pricing Supervisor and team members

• This rolewill also assist with all pricing processes, including year-end routines, meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
