A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Pricing & Contract Operations Analyst for Franklin Lakes, NJ on-site. You will support pricing accuracy, manage contracts, billing discrepancies, and account data while collaborating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and ERP familiarity; SAP Vistex, JD Edwards, SQL, Power BI, or Python are a plus. This role emphasizes data quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years in pricing, contract administration, billing, data analysis or business operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data review ability.
• Experience with pricing discrepancies, record maintenance, and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with SAP Vistex, JD Edwards (JDE), SQL, Power BI, Qlik, Access or Python is a plus.
• Analytical, organized and capable of meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve pricing discrepancies, billing errors, and distributor chargeback claims.
• Investigate disputed charges, research errors, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, contract information, pricing data, and membership records.
• Review eligibility and update account information when contracts or memberships change.
• Analyze data to identify recurring issues, root causes and solutions.
• Use Excel, reporting tools and business systems to review information and improve data accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and automate tasks for efficiency.
• Create and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Communicate with internal departments, customers and distributors to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely, accurate work.
