BCD Travel is seeking a Pricing & Commercial Analyst to join our global team in a remote/hybrid role, focused on Spain or Italy. You will build pricing and financial models, analyze profitability, and collaborate with pricing, finance, and sales colleagues worldwide to craft winning proposals that drive profitability.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of pricing methodologies. Strong Excel skills and finance background are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field desirable (or equivalent experience)
• Highly proficient in Excel, prior knowledge of formulas and macros is a must
• Previous experience in an analytical role such as Pricing, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, FP&A, Sales Analytics, Business Analysis, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders from different functions
• Enjoys working in a team environment as a role model, supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility
• Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient at managing multiple projects and deadlines and working in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
• Takes responsibility for their work, checks for accuracy before delivering results, and shows initiative in finding solutions and driving tasks forward

• Perform profitability and pricing analyses to support business decisions
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Pricing, Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams to create winning pricing strategies and proposals that meet both client needs and business objectives
• Ensure pricing submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered within agreed deadlines
• Present pricing recommendations and financial insights to internal stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of pricing methodologies, tools, and processes

Location and pay

The expected annual gross salary ranges by country as follows: Spain : 27k -34.5k EUR Italy : 33.5k - 34.5k EUR
