Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a pricing and data operations professional to manage complex price changes and service mappings within the global pricing lifecycle. You will ensure alignment with strategic goals, conduct data integrity audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address evolving business requirements.

The role requires 2–4 years in operations/data analysis, strong SQL and Excel skills, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations and data analysis.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, logic functions, data validation.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets with high accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder dialogue.
• Ability to translate complex problems into structured project plans (preferred).
• Experience building repeatable processes for operational scalability (preferred).
• Experience with Cisco CCW or comparable pricing tools (preferred).
• Hands-on use of AI tools for data analysis and predictive modeling (preferred).

Requirements

• 2–4 years of practical experience in business operations and data analysis


• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis


• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, logical functions, and data validation


• Proven experience managing large, complex datasets with a high degree of accuracy


• Ability to proactively identify operational obstacles and follow through on tasks to deliver reliable outcomes


• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in constructive debate to resolve challenges


• Experience translating complex business problems into structured project plans (preferred)


• Ability to synthesize data-backed insights into recommendations for senior stakeholders (preferred)


• Experience in process re-engineering or building repeatable playbooks for operational scalability (preferred)


• Experience with Cisco internal pricing and quoting tools such as CCW or comparable enterprise-level pricing/quoting platforms (preferred)


• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and actionable business insights (preferred)
