Ferrara is seeking a Pricing Coordinator in Chicago, IL, reporting to the Pricing and Billing Manager. This role supports Sales Management and Customer Service through the order process, helps resolve pricing exceptions, and ensures accuracy of list prices and pricing conditions.

You will publish the National Price List, maintain pricing data in SAP, work with cross-functional teams, and assist with trade promotions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in CPG preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Office suite.
• Experience with Excel functions including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and related features.
• S4 Hana, BluePlanner experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Resolve open pricing exceptions with Sales Management and Customer Service.
• Input SKU-level prices into SAP or trade allowances into TM systems promptly.
• Maintain accurate bracket prices in SAP and ensure pricing conditions are correct.
• Keep a daily pricing error report and communicate status of resolutions.
• Work with Sales Strategy and Brand Managers to publish the National Price List.
• Monitor communications with Sales Management and follow up as needed.
• Enter estimated prices in SAP for newly commercialized items to aid forecast accuracy.
• Provide support on trade promotion management systems as needed.
• Assign Trade Promotion Groups on new items.
• Assist with pricing adjustments and adherence to policies, including Revenue Recognition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
