Job summary

Ferrara Candy Co. in Chicago is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to support Sales Management and Customer Service through the order management process, resolving pricing exceptions and ensuring accurate list prices and pricing conditions.

You will publish the National Price List, input SKU prices into SAP, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain pricing accuracy for everyday and seasonal items, with a 10% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with CPG preferred
• Proficiency with the MS Excel and Office suite
• Proficient experience using key Excel functions, including: V-lookups, pivot tables and conditional formatting
• S4 Hana, BluePlanner Experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Resolve pricing exceptions with Sales Management and Customer Service
• Input SKU prices into SAP and allowances into trade promotion management system(s) in a timely manner
• Maintain daily pricing error report and communicate internally the status of pricing error resolution
• Work with Sales Strategy and Brand Managers to regularly publish the National Price List
• Provide support on pricing adjustments
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, and Revenue Recognition Policy
