Job summary

Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. in Northbrook, IL, is seeking a Pricing Associate to join our Finance & Accounting team.

The role focuses on pricing administration, data maintenance, analysis, and reporting to ensure accurate, consistent, and competitive pricing across the organization. The ideal candidate will work with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to implement price changes, prepare recurring reports, and resolve pricing issues within Bell’s ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Internship or previous experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, customer service, pricing, or business analytics preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, or BI platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer pricing records, pricing agreements, and related information within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP system.
• Support the administration, validation, and implementation of customer price changes and pricing updates.
• Prepare recurring pricing, margin, and sales reports for management and business stakeholders.
• Analyze pricing and customer data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Validate customer, product, and sales data to ensure pricing accuracy and data integrity.
• Respond to customer-specific pricing requests and support pricing-related projects and initiatives.
