As a Pricing & Estimating Manager – Manager Level 2, your role at Dulles, VA will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security.
This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
Ready to join forces with our visionary team? This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
As a Pricing & Estimating Manager you will support the career development of a team of pricing analysts.
You will be involved with pre-proposal strategic engagement, along with the management of proposals, ROMs and NTEs.
You will ensure estimating system compliance and provide recommendations to leadership on pricing requirements, obligations and risks.

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pricing or business management experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of pricing or business management experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree. Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application Experience with MS Office Suite
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR or other applicable government regulations Leadership or people management experience Experience with U.S. Government, commercial and international proposals
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various disciplines and levels of management Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities in a schedule-driven environment Can effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines Collaborative mindset As a leader with integrity, you ensure ethical conduct, balanced results, and partner satisfaction. Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
