The Senior Analyst, Pricing Optimization will run day-to-day models, prepare data, validate outputs, and ensure analyses are ready for pricing and promotions. Reporting to the Manager, Pricing Optimization, you will support data preparation, model execution, and in-season monitoring, building a foundation for our pricing function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1–4 years of pricing analytics, demand planning, merchandise planning, or related field.
• Foundational analytical skills and pricing model execution experience.
• Experience with AI-generated outputs and human oversight is expected.
• Comfort with reporting and analytics platforms; quick learners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain pricing and promotional data for assigned work streams.
• Run pricing models and scenario analyses under supervision.
• Validate outputs from pricing agents and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor in-season pricing actions and flag variances.
• Assemble analytical work into clear supporting materials.
• Translate analytics into business implications for margin and revenue.
