Job summary

Gap Inc. is hiring a Senior Analyst, Pricing Optimization in San Francisco to own day-to-day pricing models, data prep, and validation of outputs. You will support pricing and promotions analytics, ensuring clean, well-structured analyses for business partners and finance.

This is an individual contributor role within a fast-evolving pricing function. You will work with elasticity inputs, sensitivity parameters, and promotional variables while building your skills in AI-enabled pricing and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years of pricing analytics, demand planning, or related field.
• Foundational analytical skills; ability to build proficiency in pricing model execution.
• Experience with AI-generated outputs and human oversight before decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain pricing data for analysis and modeling.
• Run pricing models and scenario analyses under supervision.
• Quality-check outputs from pricing agents for accuracy.
• Monitor in-season pricing actions and surface risks/opportunities.
• Use AI reporting tools and pricing platforms daily, ensuring data integrity.
