Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and learn new technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables without compromising results.
• Knowledge of mainframe systems such as TSYS.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide oversight for potential exceptions of Fees, Interest, Product Trade, SCRA Refunds, etc.
• Analyze and disposition control monitoring report exceptions.
• Support and collaborate to build processes and tools that optimize card pricing execution.
• Develop automated analytical workflows (SAS, Alteryx, Python) to triage and prioritize exceptions.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Alteryx, Python, SQL, Snowflake.
