Job summary

Savers is seeking a Financial Analyst, Pricing to support its pricing strategy across categories, brands, stores and markets in the United States. The role emphasizes accurate pricing analytics, modeling, and reporting to drive profitability and informed decision-making within a large thrift retailer network.

Key responsibilities include pricing performance analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and development of pricing reports and models for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 2 years’ experience in Finance or a combination of education and experience that yields the required Finance knowledge, skills & abilities.
• Retail or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing performance at the category, brand, store, and market levels.
• Act as subject matter expert on pricing, identifying areas of pricing underperformance and effectively leveraging data to share insights.
• Support product pricing strategy through related reporting, analysis, projects, innovations, and process improvements.
• Support new merchandise strategy, inventory planning and analysis.
• Implement and independently manage all pricing systems.
• Engage with and build complex financial modeling to develop and maintain routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Deliver informative, well-organized presentations to leadership.
• Communicate analysis effectively with key stakeholders (field operations, corporate leadership).
