Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a financial analyst to support loan and deposit pricing analysis within the Corporate Treasury Team. The role requires organizing, detailing, and communicating insights with executives, while delivering timely, well-governed analyses.

Key responsibilities include pricing analysis, dashboards, cross-functional collaboration, and ad-hoc executive reporting. Strong Excel, BI, and programming skills are preferred with a CFA/CPA pathway valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; CFA or CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years in banking/finance, operations, BI, or product teams.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to summarize findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pricing analysis for deposits, loans, and credit cards.
• Update reports and dashboards to track pricing strategy results.
• Collaborate with Pricing Team Leaders, Product Management, and others on pricing and product strategies.
• Respond to banker questions about rates and promotions via the Pricing Team mailbox.
• Develop data analytics understanding and ensure procedures meet guidelines.
• Support ad-hoc projects and executive-level reporting for loan and deposit pricing.
