First Horizon Bank is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the investment management platform through asset and liability modeling, balance sheet analytics, and strategic financial analysis.

The role involves customer service via phone and email, assisting with monthly reconciliations, updating trade activity, and training clients to navigate the portfolio accounting system and generate management reports. Strong Excel and MS Office skills and fixed income knowledge are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• Experience with bond accounting and fixed income investments
• Proficiency with YieldBook, Bloomberg, and Excel
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently under deadlines
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsabilidades

• Support investment management platform with asset and liability modeling
• Provide balance sheet analytics and strategic financial analysis
• Assist customers with monthly accounting reconciliations and trade activity updates
• Train customers to navigate the portal, run reports, and access management reports
• Maintain updates within FHN Financial databases and reporting files
• Utilize fixed income knowledge and Microsoft Office to support clients
