Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Mid Pricing Analyst to manage cost and price proposal processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements and internal standards. The role involves developing pricing approaches, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and validating pricing inputs for competitive, well-supported cost narratives.

You will contribute to pricing activities addressing moderately complex challenges and may mentor junior pricing staff while enabling high-quality proposal

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pricing analysis or pricing in a federal government or commercial environment.
• Experience obtaining and reviewing estimates for cost elements.
• Ability to counsel proposal teams on price strategy based on historical experience.
• Ability to support a fast-paced, high-volume, diverse workload.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cost and price proposal process to ensure submissions are accurate and complete.
• Develop or refine pricing approaches and ensure alignment between technical, cost, and price volumes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate pricing inputs and support proposal deliverables.
• Mentor or guide activities of junior pricing staff where applicable.
