Job summary

IMCD US in Westlake, Ohio is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our hybrid team. You will work with ERP/CRM systems to maintain cost components and selling prices, and collaborate with suppliers and the commercial group on price changes.

The role analyzes margin impact on pricing decisions, manages off-list approvals, rebate accruals, and supports daily and month-end accounting duties while seeking continuous improvements in pricing processes.

Pricing Analyst

Successful Candidates Will Be Responsible To:

• Work within the ERP and CRM systems to maintain cost components and sell prices
• Work with suppliers and the commercial team to process price changes
• Analysis of margin impact on pricing decisions
• Manage the approval process for off-list pricing and supplier communication
• Review and manage rebate accruals, submissions, and analyses
• Completes and participates in daily and month-end accounting duties, as assigned
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related projects, as needed
• Champion efficiency and process improvement within the pricing function either by contributing ideas or leading meaningful change
• Monthly and as needed gross profit reviews, collaboration with commercial team to initiate and implement margin expansion measures
• Track and report on margin expansion through the various functions of pricing
• Review, edit, and approval/rejection of all customer quotations

Work Environment

This job currently operates on a hybrid schedule rotating between in-office and remote work environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed. Additional hours may be required as needed.
