Job summary

AI Fire, a national fire and life safety services provider, is seeking a data-driven Pricing Analyst to develop and manage pricing strategies across 53 districts during ERP transformation. You will build scalable pricing models and manage pricing in NetSuite.

You'll collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance to drive profitable growth, create dashboards, and enable governance. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of pricing, revenue management, or financial analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain pricing structures in NetSuite.
• Analyze data from multiple systems to identify pricing opportunities and margin improvement initiatives.
• Develop enterprise and district-level pricing strategies.
• Build pricing dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and Finance leaders to implement data-driven pricing decisions.
• Support the transition to a unified ERP platform and future-state pricing governance.

This role will focus on building a scalable, multi-site pricing model, managing pricing within NetSuite, and leveraging data from multiple business systems to drive profitable growth and pricing consistency across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and maintain pricing structures in NetSuite
• Analyze data from multiple systems to identify pricing opportunities and margin improvement initiatives
• Develop enterprise and district-level pricing strategies
• Build pricing dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and Finance leaders to implement data-driven pricing decisions
• Support the transition to a unified ERP platform and future-state pricing governance

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of pricing, revenue management, or financial analytics experience
• Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
• Experience supporting multi-site organizations preferred

Travel: ~50% during ERP implementation | Up to 25% post-implementation
