Job summary

Revvity SAS is seeking a Pricing Analyst to help manage the price list, renewals, and profitability of service contracts. You will work remotely from Poland and collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Product Management to optimize pricing decisions across multiple products and regions.

The role uses AI tools for daily analysis, builds KPI dashboards, and supports the ten-step pricing process, including segmentation and margin diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Support annual price list, deals, and service contract renewals.
• Use AI tools for daily analysis, reporting, and routine responses.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly price performance reviews.
• Run the ten-step pricing process (segmentation, margin diagnostics, scenarios).
• Prepare deal/service renewals and load pricing into SAP.
• Assess service contract profitability and calculating FSE labor rates.
• Track freight/Incoterms data.
• Build and maintain the monthly KPI dashboards.
• Perform daily DOA compliance validation.
• Track service contract margin and end-of-life triggers.
• Design automated alerting to surface issues proactively.
• Build a competitive pricing intelligence pipeline.
• Liaise with IT/analytics on tool development.
• Prepare business cases for pricing escalations.

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Support the annual price list, deal, and service contract renewal cycle (heaviest July–November)
• Use AI tools to support daily analysis, reporting, and routine responses to Finance, Commercial, and Product Management
• Contribute to the monthly/quarterly price performance review and flex across focus areas as workload requires
• Running the ten-step pricing process (segmentation, margin diagnostics, scenario building)
• Preparing deal/service contract renewals and loading approved pricing into SAP
• Assessing service contract profitability and calculating FSE labor rates
• Tracking freight/Incoterms data
• Building and maintaining the monthly PVM bridge and KPI dashboards
• Performing daily DOA compliance validation
• Tracking service contract margin and end-of-life triggers
• Designing automated alerting so issues surface proactively
• Building a systematic competitive pricing intelligence pipeline
• Acting as functional liaison with IT/analytics on tool development
• Preparing business cases for pricing escalations

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years in pricing, sales/commercial operations, FP&A, or a related analytical role
• Strong Excel skills, comfortable with large datasets
• Comfortable using AI tools to support daily analysis and reporting
• Structured, deadline-oriented working style; comfortable in a small team covering a large, complex business

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP (Execution)
• Power BI, SQL, or equivalent BI/dashboard experience (Monitoring & Compliance)
• Market/competitive research experience, or exposure to web scraping/APIs (Competitive Intelligence & Tools)
• Experience working directly with IT/analytics teams on tool development
• Life sciences, diagnostics, or industrial B2B background
