Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Pricing Analyst in Plantation, FL with 1–3 years in pricing and strong Excel skills. Hybrid role with some remote days. You will develop pricing proposals, support analytical tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Pricing (if possible within logistics, finance, data analysis, or related field).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Ability to work with AI Tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of pricing concepts and financial metrics (e.g., margin, revenue, cost).
• Willingness to learn pricing tools, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities

• The Pricing Analyst will be working to develop pricing proposals and scenarios.
• Provide key analytical support to develop customer pricing proposals and update/test new commercial models.
• Create pricing proposals for both new and existing accounts.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to provide accurate pricing proposals.
• Manage quote process; interface with peers and managers for support and guidance.
• Utilize department policies and recommend alternative pricing tactics.
• Review and validate pricing quotes to ensure accuracy per guidelines.
• Respond timely to Sales requests.
• Follow SOPs and KPIs to improve efficiency, speed, accuracy, and quality; enhance customer experience.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Enter changes to surcharges and account administrative updates in SAP.

Pay Rate: $32-$50 Hourly Based On Experience
