Job summary

PrideNow in Reynoldsburg, OH, is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to support retail pricing strategies and promotional execution for a leading retail organization.

You will manage in-store pricing, promotions, and pricing data, coordinating with merchandising and store operations to ensure accuracy and timely launches. Strong Excel, SAP, and XCC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

• Execute and maintain in-store pricing strategies.
• Manage pricing setup for promotions, markdowns, and clearance events.
• Proof promotional DISCLAIMERS, pricing changes, and marketing communications.
• Create and maintain promotional content using XCC.
• Support internal and external pricing audits to ensure SOX compliance.
• Coordinate pricing activities with merchandising, planning, store operations, and communications teams.
• Assist with reporting and analysis related to pricing and markdown strategies.
• Ensure pricing accuracy while meeting critical business deadlines.

You’ll play a key role in executing in-store pricing, coordinating promotions, maintaining pricing data, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain in-store pricing strategies.
