Job summary

Wilson Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Pricing Analyst in Olyphant, PA to optimize pricing, support FP&A, and ensure ASC 606 compliance. The role requires strong accounting/finance experience in manufacturing, with SAP and advanced Excel skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle monthly pricing updates, rebates, invoicing, and data modeling to drive strategic decisions, while collaborating across commercial and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA in Finance is advantageous but not required.
• At least four years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly updates for customer pricing and rebates.
• Manage monthly price adjustments, including invoices and memos.
• Provide daily pricing quotations for the Commercial team.
• Calculate and settle monthly rebates, ITS, PPI, and freight.
• Support FP&A with monthly reporting and annual budgeting.
• Prepare pricing forecasts and develop reporting tools.
• Perform data analysis and price modeling to guide decisions.
• Oversee ASC 606 calculations and internal controls.
• Balance sheet reconciliations for accurate reporting.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join a dynamic team in Olyphant, PA. This role is pivotal in determining optimal pricing strategies and ensuring financial accuracy across various customer contracts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance or accounting, with experience in a manufacturing environment being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly updates for customer pricing and rebates.
• Manage monthly customer price adjustments, including invoice generation and credit/debit memos.
• Provide daily pricing quotations for the Commercial team.
• Calculate and settle monthly rebates, ITS, PPI, and freight with customers.
• Handle general cost accounting and related organizational duties.
• Perform data analysis and price modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and validate pricing requirements.
• Support the FP&A team with monthly reporting and annual budgeting.
• Prepare pricing forecasts for strategic planning purposes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting tools.
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to enhance workflow.
• Manage ASC 606 process including calculations and audit compliance.
• Establish and maintain internal controls related to ASC 606.
• Oversee cost settlement sales accounting for month-end close.
• Conduct monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA in Finance is advantageous, though not required.
• A minimum of four years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
